What are the charges for designing a carton?

We base are charges on the complexity of the carton profile and size. There is extra cost for changes in design. However, If a design adjustment is small, we won't charge you any extra.

What types of graphic design services do you provide?

Our types of graphic design services include:

logo design
Photography
photo retouching
package design
illustration
business cards
stationery
brochures
web site design

Will I see my design work as it is in progress?

Yes, we will email you your work in progress. You will also be given the option of a URL to view your work on-line.
No one else will be able to access this and no information of a confidential nature would be posted there.

How will I receive my finished artwork once it is done?

Upon approval of the finished design your artwork will be written to disk, we also send you a hard copy print-out
We can send you the finished artwork in the software file format of your choice, and as a PDF file that can be opened up on any computer.

Transfer of full copyright will occur after receipt and clearance of final payment.

Do I own the copyright of the work that you do for me?

Yes, all copyrights are transferred over to the client upon clearance of full payment.

What if I decide to cancel a design job?

A cancellation fee of 50% of the original quotation will be administered.
